The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides full tuition coverage for eligible students. If you qualify, you pay $0 in tuition. WIOA funding is administered through your local workforce development office.

Active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses receive a $500 discount on tuition. This applies to both the pay-in-full and installment plan options.

Refund Policy
All students are eligible for a refund in accordance with QUST's refund policy, which is detailed in the enrollment agreement. The $100 enrollment fee is non-refundable.
